Our affiliate program is designed to help you generate income in exchange for referring new hosting clients to our company. You must abide by the following terms and conditions associated with our program.
1) Signing Up
You will complete and submit the online affiliate form through our website. Your account will be instantly activated within our program. We will evaluate your account in good faith to ensure you comply with all our terms and conditions. We may reject your account it we conclude that your website and/or marketing practices do not comply with any of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to, inappropriate images, obscene content, content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that facilitate illegal activity or promote violence or promote or assist others in promoting copyright infringement.
2) Utilizing Your Affiliate Link
As an affiliate you may use any form of promotion you choose, as long as terms of this Agreement are not broken. You may use banner advertisements, button links and/or text links to our site (the “Links”), however, you CANNOT SPAM. Any activity by you or on your behalf, such as unsolicited bulk e-mailing will result in your immediate termination from the Program and your forfeiting of any commissions otherwise due you hereunder. You may use CK Web Systems trade names, service marks, and/or logos for display on your affiliate site and/or advertising. In utilizing these materials, you agree that you will cooperate fully with us and this agreement.
3) Commissions
*Affiliates are NOT eligible for any commission payout until we have received a completed and signed W-9 form. You can download the form by clicking here. Once completed, you can email it to affiliates@ckwebsystems.com or you can fax it to 1-801-780-3406.
You will be paid 30% (monthly) on all revenue that you generate for CK Web Systems through your affiliate link. A signup (sale) is counted when a customer first clicks on your affiliate referral link, completes the signup process and stays active for 60 days. Offering any form of incentive to obtain a sale is forbidden, unless approved by CK Web Systems. To find out if your incentive offer is acceptable, email affiliates@ckwebsystems.com
All affiliate commissions are held for 60 days after the day in which the sale occurred. After the 60 day holding period on each sale, commissions due will be paid out via Paypal. Paper checks are not available at this time.
Affiliates must generate a balance of $100 or more before their account is eligible for payment.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all payout information is up to date and correct in the affiliate system. We are not responsible for lost/stolen payments. The affiliate is responsible for keeping all information up to date including postal and email addresses, name, payment information, tax information or any other personal information that will impact the ability to issue a valid commission payment. Failure to provide current information may result in forfeiture of any commissions due to you. Commissions that are left unclaimed or are returned for invalid or insufficient address information or for other reasons may be forfeited as well.
Affiliates are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges and other expenses incurred in order to receive their commissions. Please check with your local banking institution or PayPal to find out if any of these apply for your account.
Referrals that issue a credit card charge back will be reversed.
4) Other Terms
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions apply to you. You may review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at the site. CK Web Systems, Inc. may change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time at CK Web Systems, Inc.’s sole discretion. Posting of such changed Terms and Conditions on the site shall constitute notice of such changes to you, although we may choose additional types of notice. We will use reasonable efforts to provide you with 7 days advance notice of changes that materially and adversely impact your use of the Affiliate Program. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program following notice constitutes your acceptance of all changes. If you do not agree to any such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to deactivate your account as described above.
BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, OR DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU ARE ALREADY A MEMBER.
